Job Summary:
Join a dedicated team delivering essential wound care services to residents of assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and home care patients across Central, Northeast, and Southeast Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide wound care therapies, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and facility staff to ensure clear communication of care plans.
• Accurately document care provided in electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning wound care and patient privacy.
Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP (Nurse Practitioner) license.
• Certification in wound care or significant wound care experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience post-graduation.
• Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the specified region.
