Summary

We are seeking a Lead Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the Care Management Team at a respected medical facility in Torrance, CA. This is a full-time role with 8-hour daytime shifts, providing psychosocial assessments, counseling, and referrals for inpatients and outpatients. In this leadership position, you will work closely with medical and paramedical teams to enhance patient care and ensure comprehensive support for patients and their families.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients and their families.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and resource referrals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
• Lead social work initiatives and mentor other social workers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active California LCSW license OR California Marriage and Family Therapist License Upon Hire.
• 5+ years of experience as a Social Worker.
• 4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory or management experience in a social services setting.
